1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website operated by Nobu Beautique Hair & Spa ("Nobu Beautique," "we," "us," or "our"), the operating name of Nobu Beautique Hair & Spa LLC, and the services we provide. By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Nobu Beautique offers hair, beauty, and spa services, including haircuts and styling, hair color and treatments, perms, extensions, head spa, bridal styling and makeup, and nail care. Service descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice.

3. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked through our online booking system, by phone, by text message, or in person. When you book, you agree to provide accurate information. We will do our best to accommodate your requested stylist, technician, service, and time, but availability is not guaranteed until your appointment is confirmed.

4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer the time to other clients.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the service price.
Clients who do not show up for a scheduled appointment ("no-shows") are subject to a fee of 100% of the booked service price, and may be asked to prepay or place a deposit for future bookings.
We currently do not require a deposit at the time of booking, but we may introduce deposits for certain services in the future. Any deposit and refund terms will be communicated to you at the time you book.

5. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, to respect other clients' scheduled times, a late arrival may result in a shortened service or, if necessary, rescheduling. Full service pricing may still apply.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services and products are subject to change. Final pricing for a service may vary depending on hair length, density, condition, product used, and time required; your stylist will discuss pricing with you before beginning. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept the payment methods displayed at our salon and processed through our payment provider.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased through our website or in person. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and are subject to any additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

8. Product Purchases

Retail products purchased through our website or in our salon are subject to availability. Returns are accepted on unopened retail products within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt. Opened products are not eligible for return.

9. Service Results and Health Disclaimer

Beauty and hair service results vary from person to person and depend on factors including hair type, condition, prior treatments, and at-home care. We cannot guarantee a specific result.

Please inform your stylist or technician of any allergies, sensitivities, skin or scalp conditions, pregnancy, or medical conditions before your service. Certain services, such as color, may require a patch test. You receive services at your own risk, and you agree to disclose relevant health information so we can serve you safely.

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss how to make it right.

10. Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your appointments and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Nobu Beautique Hair & Spa or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nobu Beautique Hair & Spa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
